ROTMG Fabiano Source Connecting Problem

When someone try to connect to nexus on my private server he got infinite black screen. Also im using Windows 10

Have you actually edited the IP's of the server in the source and the client?

You using hamachi? And if not, did you portforward? And did u disable mcafee?

1) Check your packet IDs, they might be corrupted.
2) Check your firewall and make sure it is not blocking the ports that your server files run off of (usually 80 and 2050). Windows Defender also does this usually.
3) Check the client set up, usually it is because of incorrect setup.
