Wow you've come to exactly the right place! Just go back to the main home page of the forum, scroll down past the cheats section, and check out the programming section! Tons of great suggestions for books etc to get you learning in those forums.
1. use exported function "CreateInterface" to grab a pointer to your IPanel*, ISurface*, entity list, other shits... w.e
2. dereference that ptr into it's VMT and rewrite the function pointer at index 41 with your hooked PaintTraverse
3. iterate through entities with your entity list and entity class (source sdk is your help here)
4. call Surface methods to draw entities on the screen
5. hf

Or hook the game's d3d drawing functions. That's also a possibility

you dont need to use anything to write to an address for example:

*(DWORD*)((DWORD)Client + jumpoffset) = 1; is the same as
Mem.Write<DWORD>(Client + Jumpoffset), 1;
but u dont need anything like RPM, Procmem and such, u just edit pointers because ur already in the game so u dont need to call W/RPM

Edit: i hope u understand what i said because im also new to internals and my English is not the best (im 13 & Swedish so ye).

Just use the sdk it makes it 5x easier...

Don't use a public SDK if you have no idea about the engine or have never looked into it yourself. Reversing the stuff on your own makes sure you know what's going on.

You shouldn't go internal before you know exactly what you're doing, why you're doing it and how you're doing it.
This would prevent a lot of questions being asked that are really simple to answer.

no if i started with an sdk instead of doing what i said i'd probably have no idea what i was doing and id not learn anything from it as wasseresser said and also i think its easier doing it without an sdk because then im 100% súre on what im doing cause ive made it myself
1 week has passed and no further replies have been made by the OP. Assuming solved.
