The attempt was done by online chat, not a call. Few refunders already refused to try just because of this.

Paying 15-20%(depends on time it takes).

The item: Galaxy s6.
Tried method: different item in box(rubber).

It was my brother. He tried to do it himself, because he read few public methods online and thought that it's "easy af"
