Amazon chargeback from bank?
Is it possible to ask my bank to chargeback the money from amazon if amazon doesnt want to refund me when i told them that the item did not come? Will the bank do it? What will amazon do? Will the bank involve the police? Has anyone tried it? All help would be appreciated.
I dont think you can do that! Bank wont refund you.

This isnt how you get serious answers.
Anyways it depends on what bank you have and what their policies are, bank refund are alot more extensive than amazon.

lol idiot hahahaha
Yeah it's not the bank's liability that you didn't receive your package. Package theft could be either due to the carrier or could be seen as theft if it was stolen property (stolen from your doorstep). Package insurance and like some kind of theft insurance or something could cover that. Your bank might offer some kind of theft protection but it's not going to refund amazon for you just because you didn't receive the package - that's between you and amazon.

Edit: Just to add: if you are trying to get a refund and it doesn't work, you are more than likely still able to return the item for a refund that way.
I paid with my credit card as that offer a level or protection. Amazon were funny with my a few months back so I rang the credit card and they refunded me the money on the spot.
Lmao, reading this thread. From a question to flames. RIP
Speaking from the UK (not sure about other countries), the law stipulates that it is the sellers responsibility to ensure the item you have ordered reaches you in the condition expected and as described. If this doesn't happen to be the case you can ask for a refund. If bought via a credit card (even if part bought i.e. £50 on CC and the rest on bank card, you'd be covered for the WHOLE amount) you are entitled to file a charge back as the contract to buy the goods exists between the CC company and the seller. You'd need to fill out a charge back form and they will probably do an investigation but you'll certainly get your money back.
