Hi. I have a question for experienced users. When I get email like this:
Hello,
You will not be able to access your account or place orders with us until
we confirm your billing details for your visa ending in XX.
At your earliest convenience, please send the information below to our
secure fax line:
-- A copy of your statement for the payment card that you used, including
the billing address
-- The last two digits of the payment card
-- Your name, phone number, and email address
and my card name is : Paul Smith but on invoice my name is another e.g Jim Carry then I should send statement with name Paul Smith or Jim Carry?
