What i have tried :

1- delete all netframework versions.
2- only v4.5
not work
3- delete again.
4- only v4.6 or upper
not work
5- delete again
6- only v4.0
ofcourse not work
7- install latest.
wont work
8- update miscorlib.dll
wont work
9- regedit netframework version to v4.5
wont work
10- tried to compile with visual studio 2012 ------> github. com/ TheKronks /K_Relay
11- "v4.5 were not found." warning LOOL

its amazing that on my laptop getting same error. is it my fate ??????

For lazy people.

Not really a solution but you can always use RealmRelay.

In theory everything possible in K-Relay is also possible in RealmRelay.

Just convert the scripts from C# to JS.

Download Visual Studio 2015 (can you even run visual studio 2015? idk try it)
Download the source code: https://github.com/TheKronks/K_Relay/
Run the solution file, try debugging KRelay.
Does debugging work?

Wait you said you can't compile it.

You have to completely delete .NET framework before reinstalling it btw.
