I know friends that got banned on all their accounts connected to the same IP, and were able to somehow get at least their main back. Not sure if it was an act of kindness, but most likely was done to avoid any money issues if you catch my drift.

You're wrong, because you've never been IP banned. The only thing DECA has done is ban every account that logged in to an IP, not ban the IP itself. When you truly get IP banned, the only response from the server you ever get is "Opps".

Well let's see here. You clearly have no proof and are just throwing around all of these thoughts as quoted by Kush. Sil3x has responded to my friend by saying that banning them doesn't really help they can just make more accounts, meaning that they do not ip ban these multiboxers.
