Why do you play rotmg?

Hey guys. Moorz here wondering about what your reason for playing rotmg is. how did you stumble upon it? where do you play it? why do you play it? just respond with a story. this is my story:

So, i was just looking for games on steam, i had just gotten my new computer, i was pretty excited to get some games so i got steam and was exploring, then i found Realm of the mad god and it caught my attention, i looked it up on youtube and it looked pretty fun, bullet hell or 8-bit games are my favorite. and thats how i came upon rotmg (via steam.)

I am addicted to RotMG! Please, help me. I cant stop playing this game Q.Q

that is how i used to feel, and sometimes i still play for a week straight all night/day... i think im still addicted too XD

What can we do with this problem? I really hate myself for playing RotMG. I even hide window of RotMG when some1 enters my room. I feel myself ashamed when playing this game and somebody is near me.

lol.. i dont have a solution, sorry my bro ;3

Low impact, when I started playing that was the only thing my computer could really run well (It actually couldn't, recently getting a new computer showed me that).

Also it was neat to have a game I could log into ANYWHERE without downloading a ton of stuff

lol... i have a pretty shit computer too, also i agree with the last part, i like to have a game i can log into anywhere because sometimes i use public computers when i forget my laptop :P

White bags and Shatters are addictive. I play for a month and then take a several month break, ever since pets were introduced it's really impacted the communication and teamwork aspect I find. That's why I like the Shatters so much though; communication is important to beat it

me too for this part

I quitted rotmg. Might start playing it again soon

I like the fact that you could disengage from a fight so quickly and relax in the nexus .
Other games like csgo requires a lot of time commitment even if I don't really enjoy teammates/outcome of the game .

I did play realm for a few reasons:
1. I was too poor to afford real games.
2. I can play for 5 minutes and exit whereas for games like League I have to play for 30 minutes at least to finish 1 game.
3. My internet disconnects a lot so games like League would be a problem.
4. It was online which meant I didn't have to download anything if I didn't want to.
5. It was a good game back in the day until it got polluted with p2w minds.

Why do you play rotmg?
