[KRelay] Change server

Description:
A plugin that downloads the servers from char/list and allows you to connect to them. Downloads only once with every KRelay restart, and the download is very fast (~1-3 seconds)

Commands:
/c1 <SERVER> (first time use will download the server ips) (connects to the specified SERVER (not case sensitive))
/list1 (list all of the servers in KRelays log with their IPS)

(There is a GameData.Servers array that contains the servers, but I made it download the servers asynchronously without using that list.)

Some people were having issues (including me) with changing their servers with the /connect or /conn command, so I remade it.

1) I could have sworn that this is built into KRelay/aready a plugin

I rarely read the full thread of any threads posted on this website.
I've never had a problem with the default connect command, but then again, this websites community has been infected with autism since 2005 :3

No. After a few updates with KRelay the internal connect handler started glitching out when it came to servers.

When u download every PKTINO'S post and u see that banned status, scarty AF

You should make a plugin that gets the IPs of the individual realms, eg. Medusa, Beholder, Djinn. I'd love to be able to connect directly to a realm by typing something like /conn UsWest3 Beholder

Found a bug, if you type a wrong server, you get a wrong server message, but forgot to add

so it still tries to run the code, and krelay crashes. Thanks to @The 7th Hokage for the heads up
