HelpA question regarding bans

So, I'm in a bit of a pickle here.

Thing is, I have a bit of a vision problem and I thought that I'd try something to help me play as effectively as others.

And I thought that I could use it.

In-game, I turned off the wallhack, I turned off the aimbot, I basically turned off everything except the thing that makes the colour of the soldiers more bright and distinct.

I heard from some people that I might just lose that account. So, I only tried the thing on a newly opened account. And I was extra careful in my games. Not trying anything fancy or going around getting kills left and right.

I even deleted the files every single time I logged off and verified integrity of game cache.

But, today when I went in-game, I saw that I was location banned.

No warning, no account ban, straight up location ban on first offence.

So..... What do?

I already submitted a ticket for ban appeal btw. Told them everything; But didn't get any answers yet.

exact same thing happend to me and i sent a ticket, and just so you know whatever the ticket ses they never remove the location ban NEVER... so ticket wont work

Just bypass the location ban... That's what I do every time.

luckily for me i have another ISP provider, my other ISP got location banned
