Question regarding bans

If i were to log out and then play offline is there still potential of getting banned, if i remove the hack before i log back in?
Is it detectable either way.

osu! score submission sends a snapshot of your process list with MD5 checksums. Since you play offline, no scores are sent to Bancho, so you won't get banned. If you want to log back in, my paranoia tells me to close the hack first, restart puush if you use it, and then restart osu.

last osu source i checked was last month and osu has no list to save the process list in for when the osu logs back in

just gonna add an update before its being asked:
since i make custom private hacks i have to stay aware of the osu anti cheat and how it works.
