question about banning

i tryed to logg on my warrock account yesterday and it wouldnt, it didnt say unregisterd so i logg on warrock website and it said "This account has been suspended by K2 Network. For customer inquiries, please submit a support ticket" does this mean my account is banned 4ever or a period of time.

i didnt even have any hacks open help me plz.

yeh i had the same thing ages ago with my level 34.

shit happens deal with it.
