$120? get a GTX 750ti. Assuming based of this card your looking at, you won't be looking to run any strict graphic games? Even so, the 750ti can get you by for pretty much all games. Don't expect Medium, High or Ultra for some games. Ex: BF1 or Ark Survival Evolved. Happy shopping bud
I honestly recommend saving up and considering a better card, maybe one within that relative price range, so possibly a GTX 770.

Save for what ? not expensive please.
Go with what you can afford.
maybe a gtx 1060 its enough for mid range gaming sir
If you save a bit, its going to be more expensive, but going for a GTX 1060 6GB is more than any gamer could ask for, unless you want overkill. The 1060 6GB benchmarks a very impressive for its $230 price tag, which may seem like a lot. But given with what it can do, its definitely the best for its buck.

Depending on what you're doing or what the computer is going to be used for, its not exactly a waste.

Well then, a 1050 TI is your next best bet sitting directly @ $150 for a 4GB card.
