Pro paypal charge back service.

Unfortunately I was one of the people scammed by Anoobis. But fortunately I paid through paypal which means I have still have hope to win my money back, only problem is he instructed paypal payers to write "No chargeback no matter what." at the note. I literally ate instant ramen for 4 weeks just to afford the QC35 as I am a uni student deep in student loan. I wish scammers would have the conscience for what they did, I might be only 1 of their scammed people but what he did greatly affected me. I am willing to pay 15-20$ who can guide me to successfully charge back the money I sent him.

I also recommend bank. I once told them that I got scammed and they got my money back from a F&F payment.

Make another Skype msg ur self and say

"send my the payment"
"ok, doing it right now"
"wait, nevermind I cannot receive funds to my PayPal for some reason"
"um ok"
"how about you let me temporarily access your account and ill buy my self a gift card"
"I am new to PayPal how would this work?"
"explain stuff"
"ok sure here is my password and email xxxxxxxxxxx"

make sure there isn't any dates that expose you. If you do that 100% chance that you will get the chargeback
