Just tested on billy with the purple addon that makes them repair slower and heal slower, im not sure if it works because i usually dont play billy often but it did seem like it was very slow for them to heal

But game can allow use use of item when there is no in inventory? If yes you can do wpm freeze to both slots with desired addon.

Used the sabotage speed increase addon, doesn't look like theres any change....
Think its just a visual bug

only works with addons that increase usage time like flashlight +2/+4/+6 sec...
