To fix errors:
Set your platform toolset to Visual studio 2015

or try setting your Runtime Library to /MD

or try in Linker -> Optimization turn back on References and COMDAT Floding

One of these should work fine.
If it doesn't generate file just disable anti virus.

I'm getting an error that i dont have some C++ extension?? I tried extracting obfuscator.exe and then zipping it into .zip because the polyloader won't let me open .rar. Or do i run the obfuscator and then zip the .cpp file????

Still says Visual C++ extension not installed though. I deleted visual studio a couple of months ago and i had to click automatic install when i opened the polyloader to download it, now it says i dont have c++
