problem with new patch

so hallo people
my problem is shit
because hera it here:
when i go on the start game button its come the update window for the new patch (27.11.) and they dont load it
then after a second they appeard and it not passed

can some one help me pls

because I haven't even upddated my game yet.

why i buy a new pc..
i have it re installed

I haven't updated mine from like 3 patches ago :/

Try re installing da game... or buy a new PC.

Download the new client and install from that

i got trojan and worm detected from anvira

its saids its from crossfire.exe. and so it won't patch
