Thanks, I have had the dude hold it for me for a month now waiting for state return and they fucked me over on my return so now I have to fight with them to have it fixed and I am sure this guy wont hold it much longer lol.

Maybe explain the situation to him? He might be able to understand, considering you are getting the required amount in your hands regardless. But if he urgently needs the money for a different reason, then that's a different case.

Well I told him last week because I got some money back I told him I can give him 1.5k and then the other 1.5k when I get the rest and he was upset saying that he has held it for blah blah blah amount of time and he needs to sell it so idk dude is a prick but the bike is in mint condition and only has 5k miles on it and for a 99 that is amazing the dude is a collector is is liquidating some bikes.

NEED SOME HELP!!
