Supplements or no supplements?
For those who go to the gym and work out, do you guys use supplements? If yes, what do you use? And if not, give your reasoning.

I've been using supplements ever since I first started lifting, I personally think it's a very fast and reliable way to get whatever carbs, vitamins, protein, etc. needed without having to be picky with food.
Yes, Twinlab 100% Whey Protein Fuel Chocolate.
I just use one of the cheaper side GNC protein powders and take daily multi-vitamins. Nothing too extreme.
yes supplements all the way if you want better faster results, I use everything BCAA, whey, creatine, glutamine, vitamins, pre-workout
I use this preworkout i forgot what it's called then after I work out I use 100% whey protein gold(24g).

If you're looking to put on weight then you can buy weight gainers and eat a lot but you have to work out so hard. If you're trying to get cut just do a lot of reps with low weight.

I've been going for about a month now and I'm already stronger than when I started . I'm not sore the next day unless I really kill it.

You can also do like 1 specific muscle a day . I personally do upper body and lower body every day . I kill upper body and squat and leg press

yeah but only very basic proteins and a vitamin complex

if youre not going full bodybuilding those and maybe some bcaa or creatine should be enough if you wanna gain some muscles

some of the other stuff that is sold is just a waste of money imo and not worth buying, cause youre not going to need so much stuff

i think its better to invest in a good gym than tons of supplements
do you guys buy from bodybuilder and refund it?
This is the dumbest question ever. OF COURSE YOU USE SUPPLEMENTS. Unless you're trying to stagnate and make little progress, you NEED to use supplements.

I've used the following:
- ECA Stack
- Caffeine (by itself)
- Protein (Whey isolate)
- BCAA's
- L-Glutamine
- Creatine Monohydrate
- CLA

I am reading up on SARM's, which is a low key steroid tbh. Careful with what you use, ALWAYS do research.
@Enzo.
I personally use supplements also as the vitamins are critical in one's daily workout which gives you energy, I also drink a protein shake (Six Star Pro Nutrition)after a workout as you will see bigger gains.

Do you workout to be big and unhealthy in the future, or do you workout to be healthy?

Don't take any protein supplements, especially soy. Get protein from natural food, eggs, etc.

Still healthier than 95% of the jabronies on Earth.

Uh, there are a wide variety of people who avoid supplements solely due to the ingredients.

You should add amino acids and creatine to your supplement list. They're all extremely helpful towards muscle recovery and growth.

Weight gainers are trash and a waste of money. You can easily make your own weight gainer shake using supplies from home and adding scoops from your own Whey jar.

Once you surpass about half a year into lifting, you'll notice how you never get sore from working out anymore. I've been lifting since a year and a half ago, I never get sore anymore regardless of how hard I go at the gym.

Muscle isos are really a waste of your day at the gym. Unless you have already worked out every other body part and you want to let's say hit back iso then go ahead. But mixing two sets of areas that complement each other is great. For an example: hitting tris with chest considering chest workouts usually hit your tricep heads as well, hitting bis with back considering back workouts consist of using your biceps as well, etc.
These protein stuff are shit. I took once from company called ''MyProtein'' and I felt really bad and after I stopped I gained weight. Do as you wish but these things worked like this for me. I'm 1,95 and 133km atm. I'd rather hike , walk instead of going to gym. I used to go but it is really boring to me. I don't like doing something like this inside. I'd rather follow some military training outside instead of sweating like a fucking pig inside a facility. My opinion tho.
Yes Scitech nutrition 100% whey protein and extrifit bcaa
Some coffee before I hit the gym and weight gainer right after
Used to take pre-workout, but didn't work differently than a cup of coffee
