If it's hard bricked, and you can't flash the bootloader or anything you might as well go outside, remove a brick from the wall of your house and put your phone in place of it, since that's more than likely the best job it can do now.
Buy a phone that has a qualcomm chip if you're planning to flash custom stuff, the kernels for snapdragon devices are so much more open, making it easier to modify.
