.dll edit

I got a .dll file for dbd but the ids on this file are not mine so its not working properly in my game. I wonder if there's a way to change the ids and put mine ones instead. I know some users on this forum who can help me and knows what I talking about. Please add me on dis.cord if you rather not talk about it on public.

It is impossible to edit compiled program without source.

well some of them you can use .NET Reflector and edit them but it seems that most .dlls that are made by modders arent able to be edited

I saw yours and I'm trying to make my own dll but i don't know what kind of source or how use it on dbd, I'll be really thankful if you give me some tips about it

update: I finally find the source and now i just need to realise what i have to change inside the source to put my ids on it.

I actually never laughed so hard in my entire life.
.net reflector is a) the worst .net decompiler and b) only works on .net assemblies (aka assemblies the get compiled into ilasm)
.net reflector (will as the name suggest) ONLY decompiled ilasm compiled assemblies. so anything compiled by the c++ linker will NOT be able to be decompiled.
for that you need an disassembler like ida pro, x32dbg, or ollydbg.

I'm learning c++ codification since idk how to edit this dll but I still have no idea of how aplicate it into the manifest source. Anyways I think I getting closer. Also thank you for that disassembler info bro
