Simply increase playcount
So, I too enjoy cheating and having a low play count can indeed cause suspicious thoughts. And even the anticheat flags you for 'new account' when hacking.
So, this is not so much a tut but it works and I wanted to share it.
The way I do this is by starting any map and getting 30x Combo and making sure the map has started for at least 5 seconds, keep retrying the song, over and over after doing those two things and in top left you will se '2 retries and counting...' etc.
So, again.
1 ) Launch the map and get 30x combo and play the map for over 5 seconds.
2 ) Keep retrying after doing those steps.
Additional info cx
1 ) This will also count as historical beatmap plays (Useful for seeming like you have tried the map multiple times before submitting a score)
2 ) This cannot get you banned, only the cheat can (If you are using one)
3 ) this works faster and easier with a replay bot, any replay doesnt matter, since you are not submitting your score.
4 ) I recommend getting a playcount of 250+ before slowing down.
5 ) Retry a map 8 - 17 times to make you look more legit.
Not sure how helpful this will be but it works and is the only public / legit way to increase it.

Actually, all you have to do is to play at least for 8 seconds and get at least 10000 total score while pressing a key at least once. You say, that you are not submitting your score, I see what you want to say, but that is actually not true, the score is submitted to the server, otherwise your playcount would not increase. Just the replay data and process list are not there, unless you passed the map.
