Fix my failed Microsoft refund from WYO
Wyo failed my refund for Microsoft back in January of this year, can someone experienced fix it for me? I believe he did it thru the Spanish department.

Just a heads up Investigation was closed and Micrsoft refused to refund OP even after he filled a police report. I don't remember if he paid using CC or paypal but if it was via paypal you can do a chargeback.

If I'm right OP order wasn't signed for and the amount I think its over 2k they asked for a police report we did all legit and sent the police after that micrsoft refused to refund based on carrier.

Amount was less than 2k and using cc not paypal.
