Bestbuy Issue

So basically I tried to refund a desktop from bestbuy, I put a fake name during checkout and signed with my real name when it arrived. They said they will refund within 15 business days while doing investigation but however 3-4days ago, something I am most afraid of happened, that ups found that this name has also appeared in two other packages previously sent to the address. Now, although I still haven't recieve any feedback from Bestbuy regarding this, they didn't refund me either and idk what to do. Should I just end it here and call and said someone pranked me and try to return or are there anything else I can say to continue the refund?

I dont get the rationale of faking the name on the order, and then using your real name on the signing of the package.

If the return window is still open, you can just walk into a store and refund it. However, I hear they need an ID matching the name on the order. You could mail it back.

why you doing same adress? when you try on your adress with different names its big suspection dont get to the jail for this

I actually work at bestbuy if its still under the return timeline just goto the store with your receipt they actually don't check your information.
