How does paypal link accounts

Hello, my first time getting banned from paypal was about 2 years ago, my personal one got banned and so did my dads at the same time. Is our adress flagged now? I changed my IP cleared my cookies, what exactly will paypal look for? My main problem is getting banned when they want ID verification on my stealth accounts. My first day opening the account I have no VCC and I will recieve 60 dollars and they will want ID. How can I not trigger this and get by it? Im not able to change how much I sell on ebay. Also I dont link my paypal to my ebay all I do is change in the item listing where the money is sent too. I sent 100 to my friend using my ebay and he didnt get banned so how am I? Is it no CC and bank account on the paypal thats doing this?

Buy VCC from MPGH sellers. Strike also sells VCC. My PayPal is verified with VCC and a phone number, I have more than $60 and they never asked for an ID. Also if you don't want to trigger them, don't do anything suspicious. Don't get anything around $500 at once. Don't transfer 100% of what you get to another account as soon as you receive it. Don't do anything that PayPal suspects.

hwid and mac adress of course your pc -s username change it all

Don't they use Cookies and IP address? Do they really use HWID and MAC address?

coockies and ip of course. but when you change ip and cleaning cookies and they finding you other what is left. is same adress , same name and surname (not 100% world is big for one name) same card, same bank, if this not listed. left mac adress and hwid

IP, Cache, name, credit cards.

What VPN are you using? If you'd using a free one there's a chance that IP address was already associated with many closed accounts, same goes to paid ones (Static). You'll need a provider that offers a dedicated IP option.

Probably VCC, IP , Cookies are the main factors
