Gamestop double dip question

When doing gamestop double dip, once you get replacement, are you supposed to ask for an order number so you can get the refund once the replacement comes in or when you call again, do you use the same order number from the first call?

i actually help people out all the time. I asked about one store

h&m but I know the method. I helped many out with the microsoft method if you really wanna accuse. If you don't believe me, look at my posts. I just don't wanna fuck up but if nobody helps, I'll figure it out myself i guess

The other day when I tried refunding them they told me to make my own claim with UPS, found that strange but still haven't called them up yet lol

I honestly told them that. Called the day after I received the package and the lady said she'd do it on my behalf. 5 days later no call or email back so I call, stupid ass guy tells me I have to do it and they can't "participate" with this issue as if they're not involved. That's when I told him "I'm the one here who bought a $450 item, why can't you do your job and actually help me with something as simple as this?"

Well made the claim yesterday and called today and the guy said he processed a refund, was sure he'd tell me to until the claim was over but apparently not
