So i received BTC on blockchain but the status is "pending" is it safe to send the money? or do i have to wait until it gets confirmed?

The cryptocurrency section exists for a reason. Ask there.
And the answer is both yes and no. It only needs 1 confirmation for it to be deemed a legit transaction. However it is good to wait till 3 confirmations just in case. If there are no confirmations and you send the money, it will result in double spend and your transaction will fail.
And to everyone who is saying "if his trust worthy it's okay". That's stupid. If he person who sent you money put a tiny fee, no mining pool will pick up the transaction

If it's a small amount don't worry about it, if it is a larger amount wait for like 2 or 3 confirmations
