[X18.0.0] CrazyClient - Halloween Update!

Change log:
Updated to X18.0.0
Fixed tiny decoys
Added /c /class /classes
Enabled the CrazyClient help tooltip (click button on minimap and then the flag OR /cchelp)
Added the experimental options
Unbanned @mule21

Will fix anything that is broken to the best of my ability!

One thing to note is that debuffs are inverted, if it says ignore on in the options that means you will take the shot.
Also, turn "Disable Client Swap" off! If you are shooting while using this you will DC.

The file needs to be approved first.

It's "Attachments Pending Approval", not "Approved Attachments"
