Ban Question

Dont think thats true, first time you launch the game it will ask if u wanna link that game from your steam to that uplay account, so i think its account bound on uplays side

You can unlink your uplay and steam accounts

How do i do that, and will i be able to link it to another uplay user? from the same steam ?

I am pretty sure I saw that option in settings

I tryied to unlink my steam with uplay and make another uplay account and link it with my steam and run the game, dosnt work its already linked with my other uplay...

Whut? Impossible. You sure you unlinked it correctly?
Also, I own Splinter Cell Blacklist on Steam and it turns on Uplay automaticly when i launch the game, but it never asked me to link it.
Also, try google "unlink uplay, steam accounts"
PS. Maybe you unlicked uplay with steam, but not steam with uplay?

Dont cheat on this one, they ban people pretty easily.
Actually got banned myself like 2 weeks ago, and funny thing is. I wasnt using any hacks, no glitching, nothing. No idea what was the reason.

No they dont, and I have no idea why i was banned (well, except that time when few months ago ubisoft admitted that they banned a bunch of innocent players...). Also, there are no hacks for The Division available. So it was even impossible for me to cheat. By the way, why would I lie about me cheating or not cheating on "hacking forum!"
