Help💡 Hex Codes for Skins

Is there any way to edit any files and input skins into your locker? If anybody has any information on this please PM me. There obviously has to be some files where skins are stored that you can edit in a hex editor or something. Please let me know if you have any info

I think that the skins are server sided and stored on your account, not in the game files
