Banned for No Reason

Firstly I apologize for not responding on time because I was busy with life.


Let me get this across I OPENED THE SCAM THREAD FOR ASKING THE REASON WHY MY COMMENT WAS REMOVED ON VERSA'S THREAD; which then I included pics etc to prove he REALLY DID FAIL THE ORDER. which is what I clearly said on the thread.

"User kingadeel23 has been temporarily banned for blackmailing/making a fake scam report." what in the world? Fake scam report? and black mailing? You can see on my sk.ype message that I told him I was CLEARLY joking about the 50$ and I even mentioned that RIGHT AFTER I SAID 50$: https://ibb.co/hbXfgyⓘ

Moving on, "I also clearly told him that google was hard at the time and he didnt care and wanted me to do it anyways its not my fault google got patched." I CLEARLY TOLD THIS MAN THAT PEOPLE ARE REPORTING GOOGLE AS PATCHED BEFORE I DECIDED TO PLACE ORDER AND HE TOLD ME ITS OKAY THEY ARE AMATURES: https://ibb.co/nxgO1yⓘ


Furthermore, he said I blacked mailed him by asking for a free refund? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I am clearly joking.. WHY WOULD I LET SOMEONE DO A REFUND FOR ME AFTER HE FAILED MY FIRST AND FINAL ONE?.. This makes no sense at all, on told of that my kingadeel23 MPGH account got -13 reputation because I said HE failed my refund and his service is complete ass on his thread? WHO EVEN ALLOWED THIS??

Lastly, I had no intention for black mailing or anything of that nature to the user ; you can clearly see that on my images. Nor did I spam on his thread. There is absolutely no reason for me to be banned. What I ask?: my account back, reputation back, and I want to be able to write on his thread my review BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE.
JUSTICE WAS NOT SERVED

!One more thing I like to mention, so IF the part of the reason for me getting banned was for posting a thread that I guess should be in Staff Disputes for removing my comment I guess? Then why would I be banned for my first offense? "Staff and the reporters themselves are the only ones allowed to post. All others will be deleted, and possibly banned if repeat offenders."

banned permanently or temporarily. doesnt matter it's the same thung, it's about the principle. Only reason why I opened the thread was to ask for the reason why my comment was removed from versas thread. If it wasn't a "scam" thread it should have been MOVED to the correct spot.

Perma banned and temporary banned are different. A lot of users get temporary banned for something minor they did on the site. If it was a joke you shouldn't have posted it since it could back fire on you.

man that's not my point though. and not to mention sky.pe is banned on mpgh so do all of these screenshots that he & I provided count towards "supporting information"? and I shouldn't be banned at all for this.

yeah I agree black mailing can become serious. but in my case you can clearly see that I was joking. and I never said I would dox him. I said give me 50$ and I wouldnt leave a bad review then 2 sec after I said just playing it will stay there. look at pics

Bro I never said that I would dox him. And Black mailing CAN become serious in some cases but I legit told him I was joking RIGHT after I said it. And why am I not allowed to say his service is complete ass? that makes no sense? I can write whatever I want in a review; I haven't broken any rules.

It's called "sales bashing" and it is 100% a rule. You can't attack someone's shop especially someone who has years of prior experience, expertise, and an extremely high amount of reputation on this forum.

The fact that you said "I can say whatever I want in a review" shows you are very childish and shouldn't be participating in the marketplace.

I've looked at the marketplace rules and the closest thing I've found to what you said is: - "No posting false or misleading reviews (this includes not being a buyer, deliberately misleading members, being affiliated with another seller, inaccurately harming a sellers reputation, or any deceptive practices to hurt a seller). (1 Month Ban)"

With that being said, My review isn't false or misleading. All I have said he failed my refund and I have proof in which he did. thats not misleading or false AT ALL.

Leaving a bad review without some form of basis around it is sales bashing.

To leave a negative review, you need to provide evidence to back up your claim
