simply use tmac and clear %temp% + prefetch , after that use ccleaner and clean all your registery , change your projects and hacks path and clean the registery , after that restart PC , this should be working fine

so I made a by-pass via memory
you can bypass it easy but i cant help you sorry
I know that it is detecting something on the network adapter (it is not the MAC), if you insert another the ban stop, formatting Windows seems to solve too....
