really? I think that it's good. I didn' get this ban and don't know how this work, but I have a ask: if XC3 does not send information about you in server, your ban is local. must to have a local in your PC with log or file, not?

simply use tmac and clear %temp% + prefetch , after that use ccleaner and clean all your registery , change your projects and hacks path and clean the registery , after that restart PC , this should be working fine

I tested using USB Tethering from Android and I did not receive it anymore ..
