I personally think it's both automatical and manual verification.

Highly doubt someone manually reviewed it because the limit was lifted in literally a few minutes. I very much doubt it got reviewed that quickly, unless it does get reviewed afterwards.

Many services do 5-10 minute verifications, where the documents are indeed checked by a real person.
It is unusual for Paypal to be that fast, but I guess it can happen.

Idk, maybe I'm lying. Maybe it took longer than a few minutes. I know it didn't take too long though. 15 minutes tops I'd say, but if they are truely checked then I guess I'm fine. I was just concerned about the account being locked upon them checking the ID because it's not a fake, it's my real ID and I currently have a different account with the same info I still owe money on which is why I was concerned.

I think they do pre-lim check or something then it gets sent to back office for someone to check, so after 3-4 days u are good.
