what are you thoughts about this? Should't we all have full freedom , and full access to the device we purchase?

Everyone with common sense knew Apple doesn't work with the government, one of the people they caught was jailed who had an iPhone which apple refused to unlock, because its none of government business even if it is illegal; Apple in a sense #respects personal privacy which most of America retards don't do. Therefore, Apple has every right to deny government access to their shit.

I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic or not but apple also absolutely does have shady data collection just like any other company
Them having that one story where they refused to unlock a phone isn't proof that they never collect data.

As @Time said, total freedom doesn't exist and it shouldn't exist for a functioning society. However, this does bring into question "to what extent should you have to sacrifice your freedom for faster advancement and security"

Wait what this isn't even about freedom though this is about privacy and surveillance. And the current structure of data surveilance and collection by governments and private entitites is absolutely out of line. I have a feeling that we will either look back on this period of time with absolute disgust, or we will have a completely orweillian technocratic future

On the other hand, phones already do this, but a lot more extreme, so will it really make a difference if a fitbit does the same what almost every phone already does?
