Do you workout ?
Is anyone here working out, going to gym, training something?

I started making my own home gym about 2 months ago. I had one set od 10kg dumbells just laying around waiting for me to start using them. Currently I'm working out in my room, trying to purchase one bench press set. I got myself another 10kg dumbell set and barbell bar. Working out for last ~2 months, MON-TUE and THU-FRI. My biceps and back are starting to get some gains and I fucking love it.

I'm currently between 68-69kg. Almost 2 years ago I was at 92kg and +30% body fat. Current body fat 14%.

I only cut out carbs from my breakfast. I was eating scrambled eggs + other protein sources for my breakfast.
Everything else was normal.

Working out or at least doing bodyweight training would help you a lot. Try to have 2 good protein + carb meals a day.

You asked about my workout routine and I was speaking about my diet.
As I said, I train 4 times a week, Wednesday is my day off.

Mondays are biceps and back.
Tuesdays are triceps and shoulders.
Wednesdays are off
Thursdays are biceps and back.
Fridays are triceps and shoulders.

As you can see I don't do any leg days since I'm having problems with my knees.

I have but since I'm still at school(last year) I don't have a lot of time to come home, study and do school stuff, online work and go to the gym. I know it would be easier and I would have a lot more equipment but I like it this way. I have my own privacy, I can do it whenever I like.
No, I do not work out at the moment, however I am focusing on gaining weight, was 42 now I'm 52, I mean 10kg isn't much, but it's so much for me, 10kg jump is a lot, because since teen to late teen to 25 a month before 26, I was always stuck at 42kg.

I work out a few hours daily at home.

I have my own dumbells, 10 total, between 5-25Kg. Got them at a "backyard" sale. I mostly train my Biceps, Triceps, Chest and my upper shoulders for pure strength since my actual sport is Outdoor, indoor, boulder climbing and the annual ice glacier expedition. I also train my finger strength but that's just something casual since I need that really strong grip.

The gyms here are crazy expensive to visit. I could, tho, for now, I don't need heavy machinery since I'm not aiming to become Hercules.

Diet-wise, I can't really stick to diets. I'm a minimalist and a lazy shit that enjoys lustful eating.
I used to workout, have gotten pretty lazy, i still have my 6 pack at least

I can't keep mine at all and it pisses me off that others have it way easier
yeah I do a full body routine 4 days a week. I am suppose to follow a daily workout but I am only doing to 4 days right now. I am such a lazy piece of shit. I will do another thread for how everyone's abs are looking (or flabs)
I have a set of 15lb and 25lb dumbbells and a 15lb kettle bell. I focus more on definition than mass. My job is cardio intensive so I just focus on maintaining. I need to eat more though.
