Don't get their hopes up :P that's only for shards last I checked unless it's now doable for cells?

Do the Argentina method like the above said bud. AFAIK that's the only way to get cells for closer to free but not completely. No money? No cells. Just get some money. Easy. Google ways to get some.

Oh right, only for Shards by bad

I remember Expiker21 stating in a server amidst 3.2.0 releasing that he was working on an Auric Cell hack which I believe will be done through Fiddler with some alterations with his shard method that came out a few days ago, so I believe it's just a matter of when that information will be public.
