Save Editor Question

Its fine, you will probably not get banned, ive done the legacy complete fullprofile and not yet gotten banned. But you have to accept that there is a risk, but not big at all. As long as you dont get a lot of reports or do something where the devs have a reason to inspect your account, you'll be fine.

I only think you should hide your profile if you are planning to add legacy. But i always hide my game details even though i have 1000 hours in this game , Also depends if you have like every single perk in the game and p3 on every character with less than like 200-300 hours. Then thats quite obvious for other players to acknowledge. But for addons that doesnt even matter because they cant see how many you got.

yes, hide your playtime from your friends too.
but ur chance to get banned is almost 0 when u arent toxic and no using speedhacks/wallhacks etc.
dont share screenshots of ur hacked stuff too

You wont get banned for toxicness, or it sorta depends on what degree. If you spam racist stuff or very very toxic stuff in post game chat then that can get you in trouble if you are unlucky. But if you are just toxic ingame and not in chat then that wont get you banned obviously. And yeah don't use ESP or any programs that might interact with your game files, that might get you flagged.
