How would you spend 400$?
Me and my friend were in a discussion about what he could spend 400$ on.

What would you choose to do with 400$ if you could spend it on anything?

Would you try to make more money? Buy clothes, drugs/alcohol or just anything?

Intrested in reading the answers!
I mostly spend on food. Any extra money I have gets gambled into STONKS.

I feel like 400$ doesn't go a long way for a good phone/laptop.

You can get a decent phone for that much. You could put a little more and get one plus 8

You could probably invest in something on the stock market while its low rn
If you have extra money and you don't have anything in particular to spend it on, it should at the very least go into a savings account if not an investment.

repeatedly refund things and sell them for ~80% msrp

or

put into fractional shares, lockdown has been great for me, wish i invested more; stocks are up 35% in the last 3 months
OP, I am also going to say invest. But here is the thing MOST individual investors don't beat the market. So my advice is to put it into a vanguard index like VTI or VOO. I personally recommend VTI. You will get a solid return over a rolling 15 year period of 11 percent. That is low for people who DO beat the index but keep in mind even most hedge fund managers don't beat indexes, so how can these dumbasses on MPGH? You can learn on the side and improve overtime and can shift to individual investing but for now I would recommend just dumping it into a index fund.

Don't do Options, Swing trading, or day trading.
