Some one help me find coding programs

I need a program that helps in c++ and d3d it does not matter if they are two diffrent programs and also some good tut sites im getting bored so i might make some use of my time and learn to code

also what do i need to know besides c++ knowledge to make a bypass

also if some one that knows and can give me some tips

Nah i wont make hacks and think just cuss im learning coding i can code hacks im going to start small might make a calulator or some small shit then work my way up.

devc++ can i use that for codeing im still going to try to get vs 2008 and what can i use for d3d also is vb worth learning im just try to get as much knowledge as possible.

The chances of you wasting hours of your time and then getting bored of that and giving up are very high.

Oh and btw if you want to make bypasses then yes you have to learn ASM as well.
