How to make a steam ACCOUNT in Argentina or any other country!

I see a few threads in the marketplace selling steam account for money which is kind of weird because they cost nothing to make, but anyway I'm not gonna sales thrash I respect there hustle. Here's how you can do it for free in like 1 minute xD.

Things you need:
VPN (that can connect to your desired country you want your steam region as)
a computer lol

Step 1: Go to https://store.steampowered.com/join/
DO NOT ENABLE YOUR VPN YET OR CHANGE THE COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. JUST PUT YOUR EMAIL IN, DO THE CAPTCHA AND CLICK CONTINUE THEN VERIFY YOUR EMAIL.

Step 2: ENABLE YOUR VPN of your desired country in my case Argentina and then refresh the page. Fill in all the rest of the details and click done.

Step 3: That's it you're done! Check your account details to see that your region is changed to whatever you set your VPN as.

Well that wasn't hard and now you get cheaper games pog. As of writing, this method still works so enjoy!

P.S. I forgot to add that you can get giftcards to add money to your steam wallet from eneba, seagm and g2a (I use SEAGM because from experience its faster and cheaper). These are just from the top of my head so other sites that are trusted might work just make sure the giftcards you buy are for the right region.

Yes or you could add your Argentina account as a friend on your main steam account and send a digital gift card from the steam store to your Argentina one. The currency will be converted and added to your steam wallet. The only problem with this method is that you need to be steam friends for 72 hours and sometimes it just doesn't let you send money to the other account. But if it does work this would be the quickest and cheapest way to add money to your Argentina account.
