5.4.2 Profile
Made this profile using the Save Editor since I could not find one posted here. RPD Badge and Crow's Eye are included as Map offerings. All Survivors/Killers max level and 2000 add-ons/items, Prestige 3 with Tier 3 perks. No legacy. Enjoy!

Are the new characters missing, or their levels/perks? If the characters are missing, you are not using the Market Rules.
