SIMPLE, BASIC, INSTRUCTION BELOW:
Open, input the multiplier you want, and press enter. Then open MW2.

Played one game, got 8 kills and was promoted twice;

Thanks to Fubar086 for Video! Note: link is a program like fraps; watermark appears for unregistered version.





Does NOT work with:
-Windows XP
-Windows 7 64-bit

Does not show in-game score. Only you can notice when your exp goes up abnormally after you leave the server;
