Question, does this just multiply your EXP or does it multiply other stats to like time?

My advice to you is don't use this hack because when I opened the game with this cheat it said Cheat Detected..

You either was using a detected hack without a vac disabler, or you accidently left the hack on during a game.

Yeah I noticed that, I used it last night and it didn't say anything next to "Modern Warfare". It just an animated bar graph. But tonight it said "Modern Warefare 2 Detected!" So I didn't use it.

Played one game, got 8 kills and was promoted twice;

what is a vac disabler?!?!

It disables valve anti cheat. As the name says.

If you don't know what valve anti cheat is use google.

Beware. This is probably detected, probably isn't. I don't use it. Bigpop, works for you? Well, I would recommend rank hacking; it's safer with same, if not better(since you can control exp) controls.
