Torrents...
Lately im getting faster upload speeds then download speeds and my download speeds are incredibly slow like 20.0kpbs wtf? Most things i was getting like 900.00+

I just upgraded my mobo and Cpu but everything else is same if not better so don't think it would be that.

And I am using uTorrent any recommendations?

Weird I don't remember mentioning downloading anything illegally. That's like telling you to stop visiting hacking websites and play the game right.

check on seed to peer ratio is good..
do random tut on youtube how to fast utorrent

upgrade ur internet speed or download torrents with a higher speed to leecher ratio.

check ur speed at speedtest.net and report back to us.

I get about 12mbps per speedtest. seed and leech ratio is extremely high.
