Crossfire Question

For the past 2 weeks I have been consistently lagging on Crossfire. I have a perfect laptop and perfect internet. BUT I AM STILL LAGGING on FPS. My average FPS was 40fps which is OK but after 2 weeks, it became choppy. My FPS goes from LOW 6.6fps-45.2fps MAX. I don't get it, I'm very angry off my freking FPS.
Can anyone please help me?

Have you tried running any virus scans? You could be infected.

Do you have an antivirus program or a firewall program? Like avast, norton, McAfee, etc.?

Lag is not only generated via viruses but also can be from hardware failure. Laptops especially have an issue with over heating and causing caps to expand and burst on the motherboard. Through that process you will notice your computer lagging, games barely able to run, programs closing. Another cause is hard drive failure in which case you'll need to buy a new hard drive. So it's either viruses screwing you up or the hardware of the laptop starting to fail. Especially if you've never cleaned it out.
