Ok this is really funny

I just got my own CODMW2 yesterday and i just played only and i mean only 5hrs

I join the TDM the funny thing was that we were jumping very high in the game and when the game finished i was on level 70

As this happened to anyone!!! will i get ban or something like that

Cos i did not even use a hack cos it a new game!!

nope, you wont get banned since you havent hacked and not changed any file.
the host did it. if anyone gets banned its the host.

my friend happened to be in a game modded by a hacker, at the end of game it started all over again, but this time everyone was lvl 70 :P

But steam did banned people that participated in modded lobbies in the past because of the stats hack, And them now being able to see who hacked and whoo didn't / them didn't caring.

Pheraps their detection method has changed by now, But it alredy happened, So I guess you will just wait and see.

BUt, he did not state that he wanted to join one. He just said that he joined a random matchmaking TDM that connected him into 1. If he get's banned Steam has some major problems xD

Steam only cares about your money.

Take a look at their terms of services, You don't have any idea to all what you did agreed when you made your steam account.
They can do whatever they want, Legally.
