when i click load game in VAC CHAOS2.0, it gives me a message says, unable to communicate with VAC Chaos module, Please allow network access and try again...
What am I suppose to do?

You know Vac chaos 2.0 is detected right?..
Try running it as admin
Try running it as admin
Firewall Blocking or something like that, Pheraps the module is also offline. But I have doubts.
