IS this while having the hacks? And if so try it without the hacks. If thats not the problem remove CA from your computer and reinstall it
Did you use Hacks? Did you use the mover program to move hsshiled files and did you remember to return them back after you gamed? If you forgot to return those files hsshiled will not update on start up.
