Combat Arms launcher
If you guys still have that patch problem of the "Combat Arms Stopped Working," then this is the solution.
Step 1: Go to your Combat Arms folder
Step 2: Launch the Combatarms_Direct.exe
Step 3: Enjoy Combat Arms
Step 4: Press the thanks button!
